Walk to D'Feat! MND

The theme of the walk is '30 laps for 30 years' (though walkers can set their own goal) as it is the Association's 30th anniversary on the 6th October. The track that will be used for the walk is a standard athletics track so is suitable for all with a length of approx. 400m. Anyone who is interested in walking should get in touch with Heather Kneale at mndeastlondon@hotmail.com or on 07905 000448 and she can provide the additional information (registraion forms, sponsership forms etc.).
